Holistic Moms Network

Helloooo! Well I am almost back from being sick ONCE again. This time it was the stupid stomach flu, 24 hour bug, whatever. Here's to getting better.... CHEERS!!

Ok so my super badass, Martha Stewert-esque ,minus all the bad things like going to jail and cooking with hydrogenated oil (unless its the tempting, divine chocolate chip cookies she bakes, ssshhhhh...), beautiful soul of a best friend, Paige, has started a central Oklahoma chapter of the Holistic Moms Network!! We are soooo excited!!!!
I want to invite all moms, grandmoms, aunties, sisters, non moms, thinking about becoming moms... EVERYONE!!

If you are not familiar with this network check them out at holisticmomsnetwork.org

Here is the Holistic Moms Purpose:

At the Holistic Moms Network, our mission is to generate national awareness, education, and support for holistic parenting and green living by providing nurturing, open-minded, and respectful local community networks that encourage families to share these ideals and learn from each other.

We represent and advocate on behalf of parents nationwide who are working to build a healthier and more sustainable future. By joining our voices, we create a powerful force for change.

We also assist parents in building local chapters to develop a community network where they can find support for natural health and parenting choices. Our communities bring parents together in a respectful and supportive environment; honor and cultivate diverse lifestyles and parenting choices; enable parents to freely share their knowledge and experiences; and encourage awareness about a wide range of holistic parenting and green living options.

We strive to educate parents about natural options and to inform people from all walks of life about holistic parenting and green living.

Please join us on Monday, March 8th, 2010 @ 6:30 pm at the Moore Public Library

Paige and I look forward to seeing your pretty faces!!!
