She did it! She did it! She really, really did it!!

So something really exciting happened on saturday! No, not the drilling headache that I've had for four days now....

For christmas Scout got a potty chair that looks like a thrown and actually plays some sort of royal tune when pee hits these sensor thingamajigs (wtf right?). I have on and off tried to get her to use the thing but in her most diva of ways she tells me "Momma it's cold", meaning the seat is in fact to cold for her little tush to sit on. Bahahaha!!
Whatever.
 I never pushed the potty training issue with her. I just thought in her own time she would want to try, it's how she gave up her bottle too. She was just done one day.
 Anyways...
She always seems to follow me when I go to the bathroom. Why? Who knows. I always ask her if she wants to sit down on her potty. This time she said "Sure momma!" all excited. So we took of her diaper and she sat on her potty and I sat on mine. The only thing I was thinking was wow, she actually sat down on the supposed frigid chair. All of a sudden I heard the royal music!!!!! I about fell over! She went potty!!! Super, duper proud momma right here!! It immediately felt like Scout had won a gold medal! She had to go get daddy so he could see (which I had to tell him it's ok, don't freak out, but we have to make a big deal out of this!!). We cheered and clapped and got her big girl panties out and gave her a piece of candy. It really was like one of the most exciting events ever!
She definitely isn't going in it consistently but at least 3 or 4 times a day. She doesn't even want candy for it now!
I am so proud of my little do it on her time girl.
I never thought I could be so happy about pee in a pot.
Aaaahhhh.... Being a mom :)
