Let's talk about food!


Food plays such an important role in our health. How can we expect our bodies to act properly when we fill it up with sugar and fat on the daily? I am seeking healthy recipes that are for the most part gluten-free and can be made with meat (for hubby) and without. I would love any ideas that you could throw my way! Easy is also a plus since I typically don't have a ton of energy.


Any ideas?


P.S. My colostrum came in today!!! Ok, not MY colostrum, some from a very sweet momma cow! Already took it sublingually and looking forward to it repairing my body.
