We have been snowed in the last two days and honestly it has been wonderful. Much needed time with my husband, and Scout has been having much needed time with her daddy. He works a lot and teaches martial arts in the evening so we don't get much time with him. I think we should have mandatory state shut down days every month.
To waste time on what's important.

ah, such great pictures! i'm glad to hear that you are surviving the midwest storm. all (well most) of my family lives in oklahoma. i was actually born there, but i digress. i've been hearing stories all week of the storm! its nuts that the weather there is crazier than the weather up here in alaska. go figure.
thank you! it has been pretty crazy around here for sure. a fellow oklahoman, i saw that on your blog!! one of my best friends lives in alaska and i always give her a hard time about the weather there. now i had to eat my own words. oklahoma is crazy though when it comes to weather. you are lucky you got out of this insane state! haha!
